李思泰,廈門(mén)大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院副教授。2010年獲南開(kāi)大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2018年于美國(guó)State University of New York at Buffalo取得數(shù)學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2019-2021年在University of Michigan做博士后工作。長(zhǎng)期從事非線(xiàn)性可積系統(tǒng)的研究,在Commun. Pure Appl. Math.,Commun. Math. Phys.,SIAM Rev.等雜志發(fā)表多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。
報(bào)告摘要:
We study the Cauchy problem for the Maxwell-Bloch equations (MBEs) of lightmatter interaction via asymptotics. We first clarify some features in which physically motivated initial/boundary conditions are satisfied. Pure soliton solutions and their dynamics are studied as well. This is joint work with Peter D. Miller.
